Earrings and Barrettes: Do not wear in water. Take out before bed. Do not bend.

Glassware: HAND WASH ONLY. Do not drop. Do not soak. Do not microwave.

Tote Bags: Hand wash only with cold water. Let air dry. Do not iron directly on vinyl decal.

Balloon Dogs: Hand wash with soap and water when dirty.

As of December 2022, all earrings are made of stainless steel. Earrings are nickel free and hypoallergenic. Previous earrings you may have purchased may have been made of brass because of supply chain issues. This means most everyone now should be able to wear our products without any issues!

The majority of items offered are handmade! This is why the term “handmade goods” appears currently on my logo; however, we are beginning to branch out to offer items that are produced in collaboration with manufacturing companies in order to mimic a boutique format. These are the items currently made by a manufacturer:

Balloon Dog Keychains (colors chosen specifically by me and I am given the rights to sell these items)

Acrylic Keychains: Designs on these keychains are either hand-drawn by me, or licensed from another designers (on occassion). They are then sent to a manufacturer to cut print and cut the design.

Glassware: Some designs are licensed from designers but I physically put the designs on the glasses.

Order shipping may take up to five business days. Earrings that are in stock will ship sooner because they are already made. Glassware and tote bags are usually made to order.

As of May 2023, all items are a flat rate shipping of 3.75 inside the USA. Carts over $40 ship free.

I offer free local delivery or pickup to Endicott, NY and Binghamton University. There is an option for local delivery at checkout. If you are outside these two areas, you may still select this option, but you must meet up in one of these areas. I will contact you later about a pickup time and location that works best for you!

Due to sanitation purposes, we currently do not accept returns; however, if your order comes damaged in any way, a refund will be issued or new item sent. I cannot refund for normal product wear over time. Exchanges are allowed on a case to case basis.

If your package gets sent back to me because of an incorrect address, I will be happy to send it to the correct address for an additional shipping charge.
